Gale Construction, Inc., has been building quality homes for nearly 20 years. As one of South Florida's premier builders Derrick Gale, owner, has been meeting the needs and demands of all lifestyles since 1993. Gale Construction, Inc. strives to not only introduce better built homes, but to also put the homeowner in the home of their dreams. As a native Floridian, being born and raised in Ft. Lauderdale, Mr. Gale has many recommendations from both existing and former clients, as well as the suppliers that he has used.
As a private company, completely owned by it's employees, Gale Construction, Inc., has assembled a strong management team that focuses on the quality put into each home and the care to each new homeowner.
We start the building process with finely tuned floorplans designed to meet the needs of the homebuyer. We do realize however, that the homebuyer may need to make changes along the way to suit their lifestyle, so therefore Mr. Gale works personally with you to get exactly what you want and deserve. This "Custom Build" process is so refined that we can respond to your customized change request promptly without a complicated, expensive redesign or unreasonable delay in the completing of the homebuyers new home.
As the home is completed, Gale Construction, Inc. will go over your home with you to familiarize you with it's features and to identify any areas that may need adjustment, so that you, the homebuyer, will have defect-free home prior to move in. In the event a problem should arise after the move in and attention to it be needed, Gale Construction, Inc., will quickly respond.
